Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FSP.GLOBAL ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

FSP.GLOBAL provides travel agencies and sub-agents with access to Sabre, Amadeus, and NDC API content through a unified booking mesh platform. The service includes:

• Multi-source flight content aggregation
• Real-time booking orchestration
• Payment processing integration
• VoIP telephony nodes
• White-label dashboard access

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Booking and Payment

When making bookings through the Platform:

• You authorize the booking on behalf of the traveler(s) listed
• Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to airline and supplier policies
• You are responsible for accurate passenger information

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute content without authorization

Limitation of Liability

FSP.GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
